We pride ourselves in our fleet of large, modern-day sailing yachts that we share with our guests. They are the largest and roomiest sailing yachts for private and intimate charters in San Diego. Each yacht is beautifully appointed, maintained and meticulously cleaned before each sailing cruise!

Team Building Regatta

Sail San Diego’s corporate yacht racing program builds leadership, teamwork and communication skills that translate directly into the workplace.

Aboard a fleet of magnificent, identical Catalina 40-foot yachts, your Company’s teams' race in San Diego’s fabulous Bay under the guidance of a licensed captain.

Racing Itinerary - 3 HRS

Intro | 15 Min

Boarding and briefing as well as an intro and overview of the course layout. Our Crew shares its extensive sailing and racing background with enthusiasm and fun!

Race | 2 HRS

Each team member rotates through the crew positions of helmsman, mainsail trimmer, jib sail trimmers, and tactician. Team culture evolves and performance improves as the crew learns to better communicate and coordinate efforts. Crew members come to know much about themselves, and how their actions affect others on the team.

Leisure | 45 Min

Regardless of the outcome, everyone has a great time. After the race is over, the last 45 minutes are dedicated to a relaxing leisurely sail. This wonderful, high-impact event will be talked about at your company for years to come!
