Public Sails are limited to 6 guests per boat. For example, a group of 4 might be paired with a group of 2.
Absolutely! We are delighted to inform you that our team comprises San Diego’s most skilled Captains, each holding a valid license from the United States Coast Guard.
All ages are welcome. For anyone under the age of 13, a life jacket must be worn. Don’t worry, we have an array of kids life jackets in all sizes.
Yes! We have an array of complimentary Beers, Seltzers, Waters and Soda as well as light snacks for you to enjoy while underway. We also have healthy and gluten-free options as well.
Very flexible. Reservations may be canceled for a full refund if canceled within 3 days of your reservation.

Highly Recommended! Day Sail

The 3 Hour Public Day Sail of San Diego Bay was the perfect way to experience the beautiful waters and skyline of San Diego and Coronado Island! The boat was extremely comfortable and was equipped with a roomy downstairs including a bathroom and kitchen including drinks and snacks!! We saw sea lions, dolphins, seals, as well as beautiful boats and fighter jets. I highly recommend Sail San Diego’s sailboat tour!

Epic Experience! Day Sail

Sail San Diego was epic! It was probably my favorite activity we did in San Diego, it was so relaxing and honestly the best way to see the city! We even saw some wildlife like sea lions. The captain is super friendly and knowledgeable as well. They also provided tasty beverages and snacks. The 3 hour sail was definitely worth it and I would love to do it again! Highly recommend.

Awesome Day Sail Day Sail

We wanted to get out on the bay on a last minute trip to San Diego over Easter weekend. The captain went way above and beyond to accommodate our last minute request and we had an amazing 3 hours on the water. The captain was knowledgeable, funny, and made sure my kiddos first trip on a boat (they are 3 and 1) was a rousing success. Would highly recommend!

Um..Love It!!! Day Sail

The whole process of booking and checking in was simple with Sail San Diego. I loved riding with a small group of 6 people in total, it made for a really lovely experience. The captain made the sail fun and interactive. The three hour cruise time when by in a flash, and made me want to book again.
