Sail San Diego’s team building events are 3-hour experiences, the first couple hours are a sailing race during which your individual team members are actively involved in the sailing of their sailboat. In the third hour, everyone relaxes and enjoys complimentary drinks & snacks for an hour of leisure sailing.
